Every finished piece ships free within the continental United States, fully tracked. For Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders, I’ll quote exact carrier cost before you pay. Never a markup.

Most commissions are hand-finished, framed, and boxed within 2-3 weeks of ordering. I email you at each stage, and you can check status anytime on the order tracking page. Larger or heavily framed pieces may take a few days longer. I’ll always tell you upfront.

Nothing prints until you approve your artwork. After I send you your first draft, you can ask for changes as many times as you like, at no charge, until you love it. If you are still not happy with the artwork, I’ll refund you in full. If your finished piece arrives and you’re not happy with it, tell me within 30 days of delivery and I’ll refund you in full. I want it on your wall because you love it.

Everything ships in custom protective packaging. In the unlikely event it’s damaged in shipping, send me a photo within 7 days of delivery and I’ll remake and reship it at no cost to you.

Only what I need to paint and ship your commission: your name, email, shipping address, the photo you send, and your order details. That’s it. No tracking pixels sold to advertisers, no data brokers.

The photo you send is used solely to create your artwork. I’ll never publish it, sell it, or use it to promote my work without asking you first. If you’d like me to delete your source photo after your order ships, just say so.

I email you about your order and your artwork. If you opted in, I may occasionally share new work. You can unsubscribe from that anytime with one click, and it never affects your order updates.

Me, and the shipping carrier that needs your address to deliver. Payment is handled by a secure processor and I never see or store your full card details.

If you request a free preview, it is genuinely free and carries no obligation to buy. It’s a digital image created for your review. Ownership of the physical artwork and its reproduction rights transfers to you only once you’ve purchased.

Ordering a finished piece is an agreement for me to create, produce and ship that artwork as specified. Payment is collected at the time you order. Unlimited revisions (color, crop, framing, details) are included until you approve your artwork, and nothing is printed before you do. If you are unhappy with your artwork or your finished piece, you are entitled to a full refund as described under The love-it guarantee.

By sending a photo, you confirm you have the right to use it. I turn your photo into an original artwork; I retain authorship of the artistic work while you own the physical piece you purchase.

I use AI-assisted tools to compose your artwork and finish every piece by hand. Nothing here is presented as a fully hand-drawn-from-scratch painting, and I’m glad to answer any question about how your specific piece was made.
