How does the process work?
You upload a photo of your car, choose your size and finish, and check out. I create your custom artwork myself and email you a private link to your first draft. You look it over, and if anything isn't right you ask for changes. Nothing is printed until you tell me you love it. Then it's printed, finished, and shipped to you with tracking.
What if I'm not happy with my artwork?
Then I keep working on it with you. You can ask for as many revisions as you like, at no charge, until you love it. Nothing is printed until you approve it. If I still can't get it right for you, I'll refund you in full.
How do revisions work?
There's no limit on rounds. On your artwork page, use Request a Change (or just reply to my email) and tell me what you'd like different: the color, the background, the angle, a detail I missed. I'll send you an updated version to review. We repeat that until you're happy, and when you are, you tell me and I send it to print. It's all free.
What if I'm not happy with the finished piece?
You get a full refund. If your finished artwork arrives and you're not happy with it, tell me within 30 days of delivery and I'll refund you in full. I want it on your wall because you love it. If it arrives damaged, send me a photo within 7 days and I'll remake and reship it at no cost.
What materials do you use, and how long will it last?
Finished pieces are printed on museum-grade archival canvas rated to resist fading for 100+ years, then hand-finished and signed. Framed options use solid wood molding. It's made to hang for a lifetime, not a season.
How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
Shipping is free within the continental US. Your piece is hand-finished, framed, and boxed, then ships tracked. Most orders arrive within 2-3 weeks of ordering. I email you at every stage so you always know where it is.
Can I order one as a gift?
Absolutely, many do. Send me the recipient's car photo and tell me the occasion and date, and I'll make sure it lands in time. Your artwork link goes only to your email, so the surprise holds until the box is opened.
How is the artwork actually made?
Honestly: I use AI-assisted generation to explore your car's composition and light, then do the real hands-on finishing myself, the brushwork, corrections, color, and signature. It's a modern tool in service of a hand-crafted result, and I'm upfront about that.
What photo should I send?
Whatever you love: any angle, any lighting, phone photos are fine. I work with the shot that means something to you. If I need a different angle to do it justice, I'll simply ask.
